Winnie Fong is a pleasure to have on staff at Vine Street Salon. Having completed her education in Cosmetology, Winnie's desire was to work in an environment where she would enjoy learning advanced skills. Communication is important to Winnie and she takes time with each client consultation to make sure you are both on the same page. Having advanced education in color and haircutting, Winnie has also learned the Yuko Japanese Straightening System.

Areas of education include Schwarzkopf Professional Color, Aveda Color, Phytology Scalp Treatments and the Simply Smooth Keratin Treatment.
